Just this past week, Red Horizon Highschool junior, John Johnson broke state records in the 100m time for highschool boys, with a recorded time of 9.9 seconds. He has been running in track and cross country since middle school and states that his biggest inspiration was his father.
At the same track confrence,Red Horizon Highschool sophmore, Scarlett Pandus broke the highschool female record for high jump at an impressive hight of 14 ft.
She states, I owe it all to my mom, she's why I was able to break the record
